What’s the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is calculated according to the weight, volume of your product and postal code, so when filling the shipping data you will see the final cost.

What company is responsible for the shipments?

Express Package is the company responsible for the delivery. In some special cases, the Mezcal Local vans will be delivering.

How can I track my shipment?

When mezcallocal.com delivers your product to the parcel service, a tracking guide will be sent to your email, so that you can locate your order.

Delivery time?

The delivery time is from 5 to 7 business days, starting as soon as your payment is confirmed.

I did not receive my order?

Contact our customer service center at contacto@mezcallocal.com and we will gladly solve the problem.

Is it possible to pick up the order?

At the moment it is not possible to physically pick up the orders.

Delivery Policy, Changes and Returns Deliveries

Mezcal Local assumes no liability for delays in delivery or impossibility of delivery when such delays or impossibility of compliance derives from a fortuitous event, force majeure and, in general, from any cause outside and / or outside the control of Mezcal Local. In any case, Mezcal Local’s maximum liability for any breach of delivery will be that established as a standard penalty in the “Terms and Conditions” (link to address the customer).

In case the courier company fails to deliver the item in three visits to the User, the article will be returned to Mezcal Local and the article will be available to the User in the offices of Mezcal Local (located at Av. Baja California 261 piso 6 , Colonia Hipódromo Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, CP 06100, Mexico City) subject to disposition, Mezcal Local being freed of any responsibility in relation to the delivery of the merchandise since it will be considered as a delay of the User upon receipt of the purchased item.

 

En caso de que la empresa de mensajería no logre entregar el artículo en tres visitas al Usuario, el artículo será regresado a Mezcal Local quedando el artículo a disposición del Usuario en en  las oficinas de Mezcal Local (situadas en Av. Baja California 261 piso 6, Colonia Hipódromo Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, CP 06100, Ciudad de México)  sujeto a disposición, quedando liberado Mezcal Local de cualquier responsabilidad en relación con la entrega de la mercancía ya que será considerado como mora del Usuario en la recepción del articulo comprado.

Geographical limitation

Deliveries of articles only in Mexico. This Website may only be used to purchase items that are to be delivered to an address located in Mexico. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mezcal Local reserves the right not to accept an Offer of Purchase sent by any User without any responsibility for Mezcal Local, in case it considers in its sole judgment that the delivery of the requested article is difficult to access or send , given the location of the delivery address requested by the User or the security, climatological or social conditions of the moment.

Risks of loss or deterioration of the article

You are responsible for the loss, damage or deterioration of your merchandise from the moment the goods are delivered. The merchandise is considered delivered when the courier company leaves it at the address established for the delivery, regardless of whether the recipient sign or not received.

Can I return a product?

No, in Mezcal Local we do not make returns.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified within a maximum period of 24 business hours to the Mezcal Local customer service area at the email contacto@mezcallocal.com to be able to start the cancellation process. In case the notification is made outside of time range, it will not be accepted.

Changes

The change of a product can only be generated when an order does not match what is requested in the purchase order.

 

When this happens, you should contact the customer service area of ​​the online channel and send a photographic test before returning the order to Mezcal Local. As a guarantee, Mezcal Local will cover the costs of transportation back and forward to the customer.

 

However, if your order has not yet been shipped and you want to change it, you can cancel it and generate a new purchase.
