Local history
To us, being local means feeling at home.
This is how Leonel, our Maestro Mezcalero, made us feel when we arrived at his Palenque after being on the road for more tan 2 days.
After an exhausting trip, he and his family welcomed us into their home. Here we experienced the true warmth of Oaxacan Spirit through his wife’s homemade food, great conversation, and his signature Mezcal.
That is why we chose the name, LOCAL. There is nothing better than the warmth of where you call home.
