INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz of Local Mezcal
  • Pinch cinnamon powder
  • 3 pieces of natural pineapple
  • 1/2 oz of natural syrup

PREPARATION

  • Serve the ingredients in a Shaker
  • Macerate everything and shake with ice
  • Serve in a frosty glass with habanero salt with cilantro
